Analytical testing built for peptide quality
Purity / HPLC Testing
Evaluates the purity of a sample using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The analysis identifies the relative percentage of the target compound compared with detectable impurities.
Chemical Identity
Confirms whether the compound present in the sample matches its expected chemical identity. Identity testing helps verify that the material submitted is actually the compound stated on the label.
Content / mg Quantitation
Measures the actual amount of the target compound present in the sample. Results can be compared against the labeled quantity to identify underfilled or overfilled samples.
Endotoxin Testing
Measures bacterial endotoxin levels within the submitted sample and reports results in EU/mg. This provides an additional measure of sample quality beyond purity alone.
Sterility Testing
Evaluates samples for evidence of viable microbial contamination under defined laboratory conditions. This testing provides information about the microbiological quality of the submitted
Heavy Metals Testing
Kinetic chromogenic LAL quantitation of bacterial endotoxin in EU/mg.

Submit Testing Request
Select the testing services you need and provide your sample and lot information. Once submitted, your testing order is created and ready for sample intake.
Send Your Samples
Ship a minimum of 3 vials per sample, with at least 10 mg per vial, to our designated laboratory location. Your samples are logged and matched to your testing request upon arrival.
Laboratory Analysis
Your samples undergo the requested analytical testing, such as identity, purity, assay, or endotoxin analysis. Testing is performed using the appropriate laboratory methods and instrumentation.
Quality Review
Once testing is complete, the results are reviewed for accuracy and completeness before the final report is issued. Sample information, lot details, and reported results are confirmed for the COA.
Certificate Delivery
Your completed Certificate of Analysis (COA) is emailed directly to you and published in our online COA Library. Each certificate receives a unique COA number that can b

Clarity through analysis, not marketing claims
Accurate Results
Every result is carefully reviewed before a Certificate of Analysis is issued. Our goal is to provide clear, dependable data you can confidently use to evaluate your samples.
Transparent Testing
We report the results produced by the analysis—nothing more, nothing less. Lighthouse operates independently and does not alter results to meet a preferred outcome or marketing claim.
Fast Turnaround
Standard testing is completed within 5 business days. Need results sooner? Our expedited service provides a 3-business-day turnaround for an additional fee.
Easy COA Verification
Every Lighthouse COA receives a unique COA number and is added to our online verification library. Customers and third parties can enter the COA number to quickly verify published results.
- Quality & Transparency
How results are produced, reviewed and retained
Laboratory Standards
Every sample is handled under controlled laboratory procedures designed to support consistency and reliable analysis. Our focus is maintaining quality throughout the testing process from sample receipt through final reporting.
Testing Methods
We use established analytical methods and laboratory instrumentation appropriate for each test performed. Each sample is evaluated according to the requested analysis, including identity, purity, assay, and endotoxin testing where applicable.
Accurate Reporting
Testing results are carefully reviewed before being issued on a Lighthouse Analytical Certificate of Analysis. Each COA clearly identifies the sample, lot information, testing performed, and reported results for greater transparency and traceability.
Record Management
Completed COAs are securely retained and made available through our online COA Library. Customers and third parties can use the unique COA number to locate and verify published results.
